These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Areashop website and services (“Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ (or age of majority where you live) to purchase. If you create an account, you’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account.
3) Product listings & accuracy
We aim to keep listings accurate. If there’s an obvious error (price/spec/availability), we may cancel and refund the order or contact you for next steps.
4) Orders, payments & fraud prevention
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for product totals, taxes, and shipping. We may limit or cancel orders for suspected fraud/abuse or policy violations.
5) Acceptable site use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools that degrade performance
- Abuse promotions, returns, or chargebacks
6) Shipping; title and risk of loss
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. To the extent permitted by law, title and risk of loss generally transfer when the carrier accepts the shipment.

8) User submissions
If you submit reviews or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with the Services. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material.
9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” except where prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order at issue.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida unless otherwise required by law.
